Krista grew up in Ottawa, where she developed a keen interest in athletic therapy while watching football games. Her attention often gravitated towards the sidelines whenever players got injured. This fascination prompted her to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy, eventually leading her to relocate to Philadelphia to work in the sports industry full-time.

Upon returning to Canada, Krista began working with the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball Team and discovered the significant benefits of manual therapy, especially when paired with a structured exercise regimen. Motivated by this realization, she decided to further her education and become a Registered Massage Therapist. Krista believes that integrating massage therapy with her background in athletic therapy enables her to assist her patients in returning to their desired activities.

Currently, Krista divides her time between working at the clinic and doing freelance work with various professional beach volleyball players.
